Meechwood ("we") is committed to protecting the personal information of this site's visitors, in accordance with Québec's Act respecting the protection of personal information in the private sector (Law 25).
Information we collect
When you fill out our contact form, we collect: your name, phone number, email address, preferred move-in date, the unit type you're interested in, and any message you leave us.
Use
This information is used solely to respond to your request, arrange a visit, and provide you with information about renting a unit at Meechwood.
Sharing with third parties
Contact form submissions are processed by Formspree Inc., a third-party service provider located in the United States. Your information may therefore be transferred to and stored outside Québec. We do not sell or share your information with other third parties for commercial purposes.
Retention
We keep your information only as long as necessary to process your rental request, after which it is deleted or anonymized.
Cookies
This site does not use any tracking or analytics cookies. No browsing data is collected beyond the information you voluntarily submit through the contact form.
Your rights
You may at any time request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information by writing to sduval@dacm.ca.
